GREEN BAY, WI (WSAU) — The Green Bay Packers signed a number of free agents to their practice squad on Wednesday. It includes Quarterback Sean Clifford who lost out in the battle to be Jordan Love’s backup this season.
The other QB in that battle, Michael Pratt, was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after clearing waivers.
The Packers also added kicker Alex Hale to the practice squad after cutting both Anders Carlson and Greg Joseph this week. They signed Brayden Narveson off waivers to fill the kicking spot on the Opening Night roster. He was an undrafted rookie free-agent cut by Tennessee.
