Packers add FB Joe Kerridge to practice squad, per reports

At least by appearances, the Green Bay Packers have brought a new player into the fold. According to multiple reports from Monday's practice, fullback Joe Kerridge joined the team during their first post-bye session, an indication that he has signed.

A former undrafted free agent out of the University of Michigan, Kerridge provides the Packers some insurance in case Aaron Ripkowski's back injury ends up limiting him later in the year. Kerridge could also potentially contribute on special teams.

The Packers have had an open spot on the practice squad since releasing cornerback Robertson Daniel last week.
