The Green Bay Packers don’t have a fullback on their active roster, but they now have two signed to their practice squad. On Monday, the team announced the addition of fullback Danny Vitale.
A 2016 seventh-round pick out of Northwestern of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Vitale began his rookie season on the practice squad before signing with the Cleveland Browns in October of that year. He remained in Cleveland until this season when the team waived him with an injury designation, subsequently releasing him from injured reserve on Oct. 12.
