The Green Bay Packers saw former EDGE rusher Za’Darius Smith join their NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings in free agency on Tuesday, in a move fans won’t be all too happy about. The Packers were quick to respond to the Vikings’ addition of Smith, however, fortifying their own defensive line with a free-agency pickup on Tuesday. According to Tom Pelissero, the Packers have signed former Chiefs and Seahawks DT Jarran Reed.
Reed visited the Packers on Tuesday and everything appears to have gone very well, considering he inked a contract with the team not long after.
