It’s a move that shouldn’t come as a total surprise, but on cutdown day when NFL teams had to trim their rosters from 80 players down to 53, the Green Bay Packers also made a trade.
According to Jordan Rodrigue of The Athletic, the Packers will acquire punter Corey Bojorquez and a 2023 seventh-round draft pick from the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for a 2023 sixth-round draft pick.
The struggles of JK Scott here in Green Bay are well documented at this point, with consistency being the biggest issue, and the Packers' second preseason game against the New York Jets was a prime example of this.
