Packers’ Aaron Rodgers plays two series vs. 49ers, leads one touchdown drive

Aaron Rodgers’ preseason is over after just over a quarter of football. The Green Bay Packers’ quarterback played the first two offensive series of Friday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers, leading a touchdown drive on the second to pull the Packers even at a score of 7-7. He was pulled after those two series, as Joe Callahan took over for the third drive of the game.

Rodgers completed six of nine passes in the game, totaling 60 yards with one score. That touchdown came on a six-yard pass to Randall Cobb when Rodgers threw out of a called run play.
