On Thursday night, the Green Bay Packers will finally have the services of running back Aaron Jones once again. Their star runner has sat out each of the past two games with a calf injury he suffered in practice, but he will be active for this evening’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Jones will be a necessary part of the team’s offensive game plan, as the team’s second- and third-string tailbacks, Jamaal Williams and AJ Dillon, are both inactive for the game on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
