Now that waivers have processed following the NFL’s final cuts to 53-man rosters, the Green Bay Packers are beginning to put together their practice squad. The rules of practice squad eligibility are here.
All but two of the Packers’ cuts cleared waivers on Sunday. Those two players are quarterback Taysom Hill, who was claimed by the Saints, and defensive tackle Brian Price, who went to the Cowboys. Therefore, every other player who was cut and who has two or fewer years of experience is eligible for the practice squad.
