Packed sidewalk for OTAs

MurphyTakes5@packers.com.

As I walked into my office on Tuesday morning at 11 a.m., I looked out the window and was surprised to see hundreds of fans lined up on the sidewalk along Hinkle Field. I knew that we had an OTA (organized team activity) open to the public that day (starting at 11:30), but I didn’t expect to see that many people waiting to watch our players practice in shorts. By 11:30, the sidewalk was packed, with people lined up, three to four deep, watching practice through the fence. To me, this is another example of the special relationship that our fans have with the team.
