Oregon defensive lineman Derrick Harmon and Texas cornerback Jahdae Barron are emerging as post-NFL Scouting Combine favorites for the Green Bay Packers in the first round of recent mock drafts.
Several prominent draft analysts have connected the Packers with the two defensive prospects coming out of combine week in Indianapolis. And it's hard to argue with the fit with either player -- Harmon could give the Packers a long, explosive and disruptive player for the interior of the defensive line, while Barron is a versatile playmaker who could wear several different hats in the secondary. And both were excellent at the combine.
