The Orlando Sentinel has a nice profile of former Green Bay Packers safety Nick Collins, who finally seems at ease with the way his playing days ended.
Collins, whose career was ended by a neck injury two games into the 2011 season, now lives in Winter Garden, Florida with his wife and FIVE(!) kids. He coached defensive backs at Ocala Trinity Catholic High School in 2016, his first such job.
The best part of the article is this, however.
Nick Collins wanted nothing to do with the Lambeau Leap.
“I didn’t want to go back up there,’’ Collins said.
