The third week of the NFL preseason typically sees the most playing time for starters, and therefore it makes it the most interesting week for casual fans of the league. This year, we may or may not see Aaron Rodgers suit up for the Green Bay Packers, but most other starting quarterbacks around the league will be in uniform for a quarter or two.
