GREEN BAY - A new mural in downtown Green Bay pays homage to Packers legend Bart Starr.
Located at the Bellin Building, 130 E. Walnut St., the mural of the former player and coach was designed by artist Beau Thomas, owner of Trackside Design LLC, who has multiple art pieces throughout the city.
The mural features an image of the Hall of Fame quarterback dropping back to pass, with his quotation, "I was just one part of a great team."
