This week, the NFL made the entire prime time plane out of MetLife Stadium.
Sunday Night Football took place in the Meadowlands, with the New York Giants losing at home to the Cincinnati Bengals. Tonight, the stadium flips from blue to green as the New York Jets host their AFC East rivals, the Buffalo Bills.
Last year’s game between these two teams also took place on a Monday night in 2023, but it came in week one. Fans will likely remember the result of that game: a certain Jets quarterback tore his Achilles tendon on the fourth snap of the game and was out for the season, while his backup came in and led the team to a shocking overtime victory.
