There has been much speculation about why the Green Bay Packers have never given receiver Jeff Janis an opportunity in the regular season. He doesn’t have Aaron Rodgers’ trust, he doesn’t run precise enough routes, his preparation and attention to detail aren’t up to par, he can’t play within the offense, he overthinks things, and on and on.
This year is no different than any other one. Janis has played just six offensive snaps through the first seven games of the season. Three of those came in week 1.
