GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers have the big-play element in their offense at the top of his game.
Christian Watson’s 36-yard, toe-tapping catch down the sideline in the Packers’ 30-13 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night was the third straight game he’s had a catch of at least 35 yards, and the fourth in his past five. He later drew a 39-yard penalty for defensive pass interference in the third quarter.
Packers coach Matt LaFleur said Watson’s midseason emergence isn’t a coincidence.
