Chalk this up to things we did not know. Cornerback Richard Sherman, long a hated foe of the Green Bay Packers when he was with the Seattle Seahawks, is Aaron Rodgers’ bro.
Surprising, because Sherman comes off as a prickly son of a bitch, to say the least. While Rodgers isn’t exactly the everyman, he at least seems a little more affable than Sherman.
Sherman, of course, was the lynchpin of the so-called Legion Of Boom defense in Seattle. Not going to lie. That was a good goddam defense. One that will be remembered.
That secondary of Sherman, Kam Chancellor, Earl Thomas and… whoever the hell they put out there as the second cornerback is undeniably one of the best ever.
