GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Eddie Lacy insists he's not someone the Green Bay Packers need to be concerned about off the field.
That was the message from the third-year running back in his first comments since he missed curfew on the eve of last Thursday's game at Detroit.
Lacy said he was in the team hotel but not in his room at the required time. Coach Mike McCarthy reduced Lacy's playing time against the Lions, and the Packers cut rookie running back Alonzo Harris, who also missed curfew.
"We had a conversation internally and they know that whenever I'm out on the field I'm going to do exactly what I have to do," Lacy said.
