Kellen Winslow II to work out for Packers Sunday, per report

The Green Bay Packers' search for a field-stretching tight end apparently didn't end with the offseason signing of Jared Cook. Indeed, the team plans to meet with another big name this weekend, albeit one that hasn't played in an NFL game since 2013. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Kellen Winslow II has a workout with the Packers scheduled for Sunday.

Winslow, son of Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow, Sr. and a former No. 6 overall pick, once reigned as perhaps the most athletic and prolific tight end in football. Between 2006 and '09, he averaged approximately 73 catches for 848 yards and four touchdowns a season.
