Early on in the second quarter, the Chicago Bears were able to turn just 15 offensive yards into 14 points. That looked like rock bottom for the Green Bay Packers.
Then they lost two starters on offense.
First, receiver Christian Watson, who was questionable entering the game with a knee bruise, went down with a non-contact injury to his previously uninjured knee. Watson was initially able to walk off the field under his own power, with a significant limp, before being carted to the locker room.
It’s safe to say that it doesn’t look good for Watson, who is averaging five missed games per season so far in his NFL career.
