What was announced prematurely on Tuesday is now official.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be a guest host of the iconic gameshow “Jeopardy!”
Rodgers and several other notable figures were announced as future hosts of the show this season.
Rodgers initially revealed he’d be a guest host while appearing on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Tuesday. The gameshow made the official announcement on Wednesday.
“Jeopardy!” is using a series of different guest hosts after Alex Trebek, the show’s long-time host, passed away in November. Rodgers, who was a winning contestant on the show in 2015, grew up loving the show and is still an avid fan.
