Free-agent defensive tackle Jarran Reed, who had visited the Cincinnati Bengals late last week, signed with the Green Bay Packers, per a team announcement Wednesday.
Reed completed a visit Friday with Cincinnati, the Bengals confirmed Sunday.
Reed, 29, started 17 games for the Kansas City Chiefs last season - recording 2.5 sacks - after playing his first five NFL seasons for the Seattle Seahawks. He started at defensive tackle for the Chiefs against the Bengals in the AFC Championship in January.
Reed had a career-best 10.
