On Thursday, Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell told the media that quarterback Jaren Hall would make the start this week against the Green Bay Packers. Once Hall makes the start, he will become the fourth quarterback to record multiple starts from under center for the 2023 Vikings — a team that’s had little to no luck at the position this year.
In the first matchup between the Packers and Vikings, preferred Minnesota starting quarterback Kirk Cousin tore his Achilles tendon — forcing Hall into the lineup for the final four passes of the game.
