Green Bay — On just two occasions in the past two decades, the Green Bay Packers have had a pair of tight ends play at a high level in the same season. In both instances, the Packers offense went wild.
In 1996, Keith Jackson finished 11th in the NFL in receptions among tight ends (40) and Mark Chmura ranked 16th (28). The two also combined for 10 touchdowns and Green Bay finished No. 1 in scoring offense.
In 2009, Jermichael Finley ranked 12th in the league in receptions by a tight end (55) and the underappreciated Donald Lee was 21st (37).
