GREEN BAY, Wis. -- James Campen isn't much for reflection. Nor does he spend any time looking ahead.
It might be why he's lasted so long in a business rife with turnover around every corner.
The 53-year-old is a survivor in a business where few last, let alone endure.
In fact, if he finishes out his new contract -- the one that made him the run-game coordinator in addition to his long-time duties as offensive line coach -- he will be the longest-tenured assistant coach in Green Bay Packers history.
He has 14 seasons on his résumé.
