Jaguars interview Packers front office member in GM search

Due to the late firing of Trent Baalke, the Jacksonville Jaguars only have a few more weeks left to hire a general manager before the NFL’s deadline to hire the position — ahead of the combine — closes. On Friday, the Jaguars announced that Green Bay Packers front office member, Jon-Eric Sullivan, was the ninth candidate to interview for their general manager vacancy.

The splashiest name that Jacksonville has brought in is former Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson, who has been out of the sport since 2022. Prior to his time in Tennessee, Robinson was with the New England Patriots, in various roles, from 2002 to 2012, before taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ director of player personnel job.
