In Honor of March Madness, Packers Who Played Basketball

The Green Bay Packers currently have three players on their roster who played college basketball. They are linebacker Julius Peppers and cornerbacks Demetri Goodson and Quinten Rollins.

Peppers played his first two years at North Carolina, averaging 5.7 PPG and 3.7 RPG over that span. He did not return to basketball for his junior season, instead deciding to focus solely on football.

Carolina was a tournament team during both years that Peppers was on the team. They lost in the Final Four when he was a freshman and lost in the second round when he was a sophomore.
