Most people will tell you that Patrick Mahomes is the leader in the MVP race, and that Aaron Rodgers is a close second.
I’m here to tell you it should be the other way around.
While Mahomes has a couple fewer picks and more yards than Rodgers, Rodgers is better in most efficiency stats, and simply has been the more impressive player in 2020.
Aaron Rodgers leads the league in touchdown passes. He also leads in passer rating, most games with a passer rating over 100, most games with a passer rating over 120 and most games with a passer rating over 140.
