The Packers must move on from Joe Barry if they are to grow.
Monday night served as a great reminder of the fact that this team is still young, inexperienced, and deficient in a few areas (not the last of which is defensive coaching).
After several high-quality performances in a row, including a couple of major upset victories, it was sure easy to imagine the Packers coasting into the playoffs on a massive winning streak. But, of course, it’s never quite so easy, and just as the AFC-leading Miami Dolphins were upset by the mediocre Tennessee Titans on Monday night, so too were the surging Packers taken down by a rookie third-string quarterback with an agent who looks like an extra in a community theatre production of Guys and Dolls.
