This year, Eddie Lacy is about to about to accomplish something that only one other Packers running back has done in the nearly 100-year franchise history.
That is to rush for 1,000 yards in each of his first three years in the league.
Prior to Lacy, only John Brockington had ever rushed for 1,000 yards in each of his first three seasons (1971-73). Not only did Brockington lead the Packers in rushing, he also teamed with MacArthur Lane to lead the Packers to a Central Division title and a playoff berth in 1972.
