The Green Bay Packers Rookie Camp began yesterday and we are officially underway for the 2021 NFL Season!
The opportunity for rookies to meet each other, meet the coaches and practice in May is a warm welcome from 2020. Last season, the rookie class didn’t even see a practice field until training camp due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Head Coach Matt LaFleur was pumped up for the rookies to have the opportunity to suit up in Packers helmets and hit the field.
“It feels so good to be out there with these guys,” LaFleur said after the first of two rookie minicamp practices.
