A team that had experienced its share of adversity during the 2016 season, the Packers always seemed to – week-in and week-out – find a way out of the morass.
Whether it was a Hail Mary here, a lucky bounce of the ball there or even an unexpected player rising to fill a much-needed void, the Packers found ways to win games over the past two months.
Couple that with some coaching that provided duct tape at positions where third and fourth string players were brought up for service and you’ve got a recipe for hanging on as long as possible and finding ways to win games.
