Though injury-prone throughout his seven years in Green Bay, Starks was re-signed twice. The first time was three years ago when he inked a two-year deal. He was brought back last year on another two-year contract to allow for consistency in the backfield.
He was drafted in the 6th round (193rd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.
You may remember how he helped revitalize a nearly-dead running game his rookie season. He arrived on the scene late, but what an impact he made.
Because he was injured as a rookie, it wasn’t until Week 14 that he was activated and began to provide spunky attitude and production out of the backfield that spurred the Packers’ offense to bigger and better things.
