Giants have one of NFL's youngest rosters in 2024

When the New York Giants kick off their season against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, September 8, they will do so with one of the youngest rosters in the NFL.

With an average age of just 25.70, the Giants have the fourth-youngest roster in the league behind the Green Bay Packers (25.11), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (25.59), and Philadelphia Eagles (25.62).

With an average age of 25.50, the Giants also have the second-youngest group of projected starters across the NFL behind only the Packers (25.49).

The Giants have just six players on their roster above the age of 30 -- offensive lineman Aaron Stinnie (30), defensive lineman Rakeem Nuñez-Roches (31), tight end Chris Manhertz (32), long snapper Casey Kreiter (34), offensive lineman Greg Van Roten (34), and kicker Graham Gano (37).
