GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Green Bay Packers fullback John Kuhn was added to the Pro Bowl on Tuesday.
He was the first alternate at his position and replaces Oakland’s Marcel Reece, who can’t play in the game because he was suspended four games on Monday for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
It’s the third Pro Bowl for Kuhn, who made it last year on the initial balloting. He made his first Pro Bowl in 2011, also on the initial vote.
As fullbacks have become less involved in offenses, Kuhn made it despite having played less than one quarter of the Packers’ offensive snaps this season.
