A chapter in the illustrious history of the Green Bay Packers was turned this week with the hiring of Matt LaFleur as the team’s 15th head coach.
With the handshakes and introductions now behind him, LaFleur can focus on his first task and it’s a big one: building a staff.
The first reported of an expected many departures were the decisions to not retain special teams coordinator Ron Zook or wide receivers coach David Raih.
Those are the first two of what is expected to be a sizable purge of the coaching staff, especially on the offensive side of the ball.
