Early this morning, reports surfaced that James Jones, the free agent and former Green Bay Packers wide receiver, was set to visit the San Diego Chargers on Tuesday. As APC’s Jason B. Hirschhorn discussed, the Chargers seemed to be a good fit for Jones - who led the Packers in receiving yards and tied for the lead in touchdown receptions a year ago - in large part because of a receiving corps that recently saw a veteran receiver go down to injury.
