GREEN BAY – Former Green Bay Packers linebacker Za'Darius Smith sold his house at 2919 Shelter Court for $675,000.
Smith listed the house for $699,000. He paid $576,650 for it in November 2019.
He and a half-dozen other former Packers players and coaches have benefitted from the hot housing market this spring, selling houses they bought only three years ago or less for more than they paid, if not always for the asking price.
Smith is now with the Minnesota Vikings, having signed a free-agent contract after the 2021 season. He played in the season opener and a playoff game for the Packers, but was sidelined for the rest of the season by a back injury.
