ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- Former NFL coach Lindy Infante has died in Florida at age 75.

Infante's wife Stephanie told The Associated Press that he died Thursday in St. Augustine after a lengthy illness.

Infante coached the Green Bay Packers from 1988 to 1991, winning Coach of the Year honors in 1989 after leading the Packers to a 10-6 record.
