Former Green Bay Packers coach sells Hobart home for $35,000 over the asking price

HOBART – Grant Thorne, former Green Bay Packers strength and conditioning assistant, sold his house at 1545 Fox Court for $534,900.

The four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath house sits on three-quarters of an acre in the Indian Trails subdivision. The two-story colonial style house is 2,735-square feet with open kitchen and additions that added a large laundry room, mudroom, half bath, and heated gym and garage.

The sale closed on May 24, according to Brown County land records. Thorne paid $177,000 for the property in 2018, according to Brown County land records.

Thorne now is director of sports science for the Tennessee Titans, where he joined former Packers strength and conditioning assistant coach Mark Lovat.
