ALLOUEZ – Former Green Bay Packers coach Mark Lovat sold his house at 2601 Riverside Drive for $379,900.
Lovat listed the house for that price at the beginning of April. It sold on April 30. Lovat paid $197,000 for the property in 2015, according to Brown County land records.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Cape Cod-style house has an updated kitchen, family room with wood-burning fireplace, first-floor office/bedroom and hardwood floors. The house is near Heritage Hill State Historical Park.
Lovat, who was strength and conditioning assistant coach for the Packers, now holds a similar position with the Tennessee Titans.
