The Atlanta Falcons have now interviewed four coaches for their defensive coordinator vacancy. The team met with Green Bay Packers pass-game coordinator Derrick Ansley in the second of two interviews on Thursday afternoon.
Ansley, 43, joined Green Bay's coaching staff in 2024 following a three-year stint with the Los Angeles Chargers (2021-2023). The Packers passing defense ranked 13th in the NFL last season, allowing 215.2 yards per game with 17 interceptions
A secondary specialist, Ansley spent two seasons as the defensive backs coach for the Chargers before taking over as the defensive coordinator in 2023.
