Green Bay — When Ron Wolf receives his gold jacket Thursday night as a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, he might never take it off.
"My guess is, he'll probably wear it 24/7 for a week," his son Eliot cracked Tuesday during a press briefing at the Green Bay Packers' administrative building.
One of the eight latest enshrinees in Canton isn't the least bit nonchalant about it. Perhaps some 76-year-olds don't get excited about anything anymore, but the former Packers general manager isn't one of them.
He exclaimed, "It's a miracle," upon learning at the Super Bowl in January that his ship finally had come in.
