Don’t tase me, bro, especially at my own divorce proceeding.
Retired Green Bay Packers defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila had to be subdued by 10 police officers and was tasered earlier this week at a Brown County, Wisconsin courthouse, according to the Green Bay Press-Gazette.
The retired nine-year NFL veteran was in court Tuesday to sign a previously agreed to document related to his divorce, but he refused to follow the judge’s order and was sentenced to six months in county jail for contempt.
Deputies were unable to convince the 42-year-old Gbaja-Biamila – a member of the Packers Hall of Fame — to leave peacefully.
