As if there already weren’t enough Georgia Bulldog defenders in this game, the Philadelphia Eagles announced on Wednesday that they signed former first-round safety Lewis Cine from the Buffalo Bills’ practice squad. Cine will be eligible for the Eagles to use against the Green Bay Packers this week. Originally, Cine was drafted by the Packers’ rival Minnesota Vikings before landing with the Bills’ practice squad after the cutdown deadline this past August.
Cine will join defensive tackle Jalen Carter, defensive tackle Jordan Davis, linebacker Nolan Smith, linebacker Nakobe Dean and cornerback Kelee Ringo as former Bulldog defenders on the Eagles.
