The Green Bay Packers will have plenty of tough players to deal with when they face the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday night in Sao Paulo. However, one player they will not face on the Eagles’ defense is a newcomer to that team, but one who has had a few big games against the Packers in his career.
That player is linebacker Devin White, and the Eagles formally ruled him out on Wednesday for the teams’ week one game due to an ankle injury.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made White the 5th overall draft pick in 2019, and he played out the entirety of his rookie contract (including a fifth-year option for 2023) with the Bucs.
