In our first update on Adrian Peterson (knee, I.R.) in a week, “All Day” said on Tuesday that his plan is to return to practice this week and hopes to play as soon as Week 16 against the Packers. This week against the Colts is out of the question, but Peterson is clearly taking steps in the right direction.
"My plan, and my vision, is to be back for the Green Bay game. That’s what I’m envisioning," Peterson said. "Of course, the perfect scenario would be we win out and I’m able to rest up for three weeks, and be ready for the playoffs.
