Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus has been under fire following his latest loss to the Green Bay Packers regarding his decision and process to kick the potential game-winning field goal on second down. On the final drive, quarterback Caleb Williams and the offense got within striking distance with 35 seconds left. Instead of running another play and potentially gaining more yards to give kicker Cairo Santos a shorter attempt, Eberflus decided to run the game clock down to the final three seconds, and kick a 46-yard-field field goal, which was ultimately blocked by Green Bay in the 20-19 loss.
