-- A returning developmental project adds a little interesting flare to the cornerback room in Green Bay.
On Thursday, the Green Bay Packers announced that they signed cornerback Herb Waters after choosing to decline his exclusive rights tender before the start of the new league year on Wednesday.
#Packers have signed DL Muhammad Wilkerson, CB Herb Waters, & traded CB Damarious Randall to the Cleveland Browns for QB DeShone Kizer.
Waters, the 25-year-old former wide receiver, was signed by the Packers as an undrafted player from the University of Miami in 2016.
