Detroit Lions defensive end Josh Paschal is on track to return Sunday against the Houston Texans after missing two games following a brief cancer scare.
Paschal, who had a malignant melanoma removed from his foot at Kentucky in 2018, said Wednesday doctors found "a small mass" in his shoulder during his annual cancer checkup this fall.
The mass was benign, but Paschal sat out wins over the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers following surgery to remove the growth.
